Builder/Remodeler Program
We specialize in helping builders and remodelers by guiding their clients through the selection process during a project. Managing the vendor visits, selections and keeping everything on schedule is no longer on the builder’s shoulders, we take care of it all.
We work directly with the homeowner in advising on architectural details, fixtures and fittings, colors and materials. If a homeowner can’t find what they’re looking for, we do the research and sourcing for them.
Our services can be rolled into the cost plus of the project from the starting bid, which is a great value add and will make your company stand out from the competition. Less stress for you…and them.
Spec Home Selections
Building a spec home or multi-family condo or townhome unit? Remodeling a flip? We can handle all of the design and material selections for you for a flat fee, on schedule. We also have extensive experience in decorating model homes and staging.
